We cater for events both large and intimate, including:

How do I book?
To make a booking, simply complete the Contact Us form on our website or email us directly at bookings@afrinape.co.uk.
Waiter service can also be arranged upon request.
Do you accommodate dietary requirements and allergies?
Absolutely. Please notify us of any allergies or dietary needs at the time of booking so we can accommodate you and your guests safely.
While we take every precaution, all of our food is prepared in environments where allergens such as gluten and nuts are present. As such, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross-contamination. It is the client’s responsibility to inform us of specific dietary needs in advance.
Is your food Halal?
All of our meat is Halal, with the exception of meat used in our pies or any specific non-Halal (haram) dishes. Please feel free to contact us if you have specific dietary questions.
Do you accept returns?
We do not accept returns on food or goods. However, if you experience any issues with our service or products, please contact us directly via email so we can resolve them promptly and professionally.
Afrinapé Terms
Menu Finalisation
The menu must be confirmed at least 14 days before the event date.
Afrinapé reserves the right to make minor adjustments if certain ingredients become unavailable due to circumstances beyond our control. Should this occur, we will inform you in advance.
Please note: Hot food can only be guaranteed if there is access to a commercial kitchen on-site.
Venue Access
We require access to the venue a minimum of 2 hours before the event start time for setup and up to 2 hour after for breakdown and clean-up, if needed.
It is the client’s responsibility to coordinate and cover any venue access arrangements.
Payment Terms
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking, with the balance due 14 days prior to the event.
By making a payment, you confirm your acceptance of Afrinapé’s Terms & Conditions.
Venue & Additional Costs
The client is responsible for all venue-related fees, including deposits, permits, or any additional authorisations needed for Afrinapé to provide catering services.
Insurance & Liability
Afrinapé holds public liability insurance covering catering services provided at your event.
However, the client agrees to indemnify Afrinapé for any damage, theft, or loss of our equipment caused by guests or attendees.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel, written notice must be provided. Please note our cancellation policy:
• More than 30 days’ notice – full deposit refund
• Less than 30 days’ notice – no refund will be issued
As each event requires significant preparation and commitment, cancellations impact our ability to accept other bookings.
Legal Compliance
Afrinapé operates in full compliance with local health and safety regulations related to food preparation and service.
